| Ms. Jane Dimmock |
Ms. Dimmock was born in Argentina of American parents. She attended Stevens College in Columbia MO, where she perfected her English. She has lived in Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Alaska, So. Africa and points in-between. Before 40, she owned a successful fashion house, Marie Ganee (her maiden name) headquartered on Seventh Avenue in New York City, with a showroom on Madison Ave.
She went on to design a line of furs for Revillon and develop a cosmetic business; inventing and patenting a successful depilitory, which in 1970, received a enormous national attention.
Her interior design career exploded when she was commissioned to restore an 18th century estate in Jamaica, BWI.
A petite, 5'3" woman, Ms. Dimmock continues to be a powerful presence in the design
world - most recently with her stunning line of one-of-a-kind jewelry. Please enjoy perusing her beautiful designs and take a peek at her personal artifacts which she is now offering for sale.
